What is PRP, and How does it Work?
This is our gold facial treatment. PRP, by definition refers to platelets in plasma, where the platelet concentration is generally considered to be twice the normal concentration in whole blood.
Platelets are known to release a variety of growth factors that initiate and promote healing. A plasma-rich protein (PRP) facial, combines plasma and platelets from your blood with other rejuvenation techniques. PRP is converted to PRFM through a controlled process, creating a scaffold that serves to protect and preserve platelets.
When PRP is injected, it releases its activating factors over a time period of about 6-8 hours.
The advantage of PRFM lies in technology that binds the platelets into a gel matrix and extends the time the platelet activating factors are released, from several hours to 6-8 days.
What does a PRP or PRFM procedure consist of?
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments deliver concentrated platelets from the patient’s own blood into the desired treatment areas.

Concentrating platelets from the blood sample
Application to identified treatment areas
